Cory is a third-generation, General Contractor. He grew up on job sites with his father and grandfather. Cory remembers pushing a broom to clean the sites before he was 10 years old. Over the next few decades, he learned every trade in building: Preliminary design and architecture, excavation, concrete work, framing, roofing, carpentry and finish work, cabinetry, paint, landscaping, and the list goes on. 

Cory’s incredible attention to detail, fierce work ethic and talent for design combined with his personal, loyal and honest character soon found him numerous, loyal clients. Cory’s first love has Always been building high-end, custom homes—where detail and experience are imperative. He created Cloward Custom Homes in order to build one-of-a-kind homes for one-of-a-kind clients.
