Built the way my grandfather built.
I’m Cory Cloward, a third-generation general contractor, and I build two or three custom homes a year on the Wasatch Back. That number is on purpose. It means I’m on your job site, I answer my own phone, and every detail from the footings to the trim gets my attention. My father and grandfather built here before me. I learned every trade on their sites, and I still hold the work to their standard: honest numbers, solid construction, and a house built to last longer than any of us.
About Cory
We couldn’t be happier with our experience building a custom home with Cloward Custom Homes. From our very first consultation, they truly listened to what we wanted and helped turn our vision into reality. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are top-notch — from the cabinetry to the trim work, everything feels solid and thoughtfully done. They kept us informed throughout the process and were always quick to respond to our questions. We’ve had so many compliments on our home already. If you’re building in Utah, this is the team you want by your side.
Working with Cory Cloward Custom Homes was hands down the best decision we made when building our dream home in Heber. Cory’s team is professional, detail-oriented, and truly passionate about what they do. From the architectural design to the final finishes, everything was executed flawlessly. Cory himself was incredibly responsive and made us feel like we were his top priority throughout the build. The quality of craftsmanship and the way they integrated our personal style into the design exceeded all expectations. We now have a beautiful, timeless home that fits our family perfectly — and we owe it all to Cory and his team.
Moving to the mountains of Park City had always been a dream for our family, but it wasn’t until we connected with Cory Cloward Custom Homes that the dream started to truly take shape. Cory took the time to understand how we wanted to live, not just what we wanted in a house. He asked questions we hadn’t even thought of — about how we entertain, how we use outdoor space, how we relax after a long day on the slopes. The result is a home that’s as functional as it is beautiful, perfectly suited to the Park City lifestyle. Cory’s attention to detail and deep knowledge of the area really set him apart. He had multiple architects, and after speaking with us made his recommendation for the architect he thought would best suit what we were trying to do. He doesn’t just build homes — he builds a lifestyle.
